By using VIDS.ST, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

VIDS.ST provides video sharing, HLS streaming, analytics, and earnings features for account holders.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not upload, publish, distribute, or link content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, abusive, malicious or deceptive.

3. Copyright

You must have the right to upload and distribute all content you submit.

4. Prohibited Traffic and Abuse

Fake views, bot traffic, auto-refresh traffic, VPN/proxy/TOR abuse, incentivized fraud, or any attempt to manipulate statistics or payouts is prohibited.

5. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are calculated from valid views only. VIDS.ST may reject invalid traffic, adjust balances, delay reviews, or refuse payouts when abuse is detected. Minimum payout is 10 USD.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your login credentials, API key, uploaded content, payout wallet details, and all activity under your account.

7. Suspension and Termination

VIDS.ST may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, videos, API access, embeds, or payouts at any time for violations, abuse, legal requests, or operational reasons.

8. Storage and Availability

VIDS.ST guarantee permanent storage, uninterrupted service and continued availability of files, API endpoint, earnings rate and features.

9. Changes to Service

Features, rates, payout rules, limits, and technical processes may change at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

VIDS.ST is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for data loss, income loss, playback interruptions, upload failure, or third-party damages.
